    Slow arriving due to part shortage but was kept well informed which was appreciated

    Product good, service was crap

    It took nearly 7 weeks to receive my item. When I purchased the item it never said it wasn’t in stock, yet a week later I received an email saying it wasn’t in stock. After waiting 5 weeks I emailed them to see what was happening and it was nearly another 2 weeks before I received it. Disappointed that I had to chase it up and lack of communication from company.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the delay in receiving your order. As you may recall, your order was placed on January 29th and on the following day, January 30th, we did send you an email informing you that the product was out of stock. We understand that waiting for an item can be frustrating, especially when it was not made clear at the time of purchase that it was out of stock. Our website does display a 'sold out' message but we're finding quite commonly it is not clear enough, we're working with our developers to improve on this.

    We apologize for any confusion and frustration this may have caused. We did our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and it was shipped out as soon as we received it from our supplier as it was a nation-wide shortage. We do acknowledge that we could have done a better job in communicating with you about the status of your order and we are taking steps to improve our communication process to ensure this does not happen again in the future.

    We are glad to hear that you found the product to be good, but we understand that the delay and lack of communication from our end have caused an unpleasant experience for you.     Great product and amazing service

    Product Details

    The bracer slide is attached to the roof brace and slides within the main arm.

    Includes the metal finger clip that holds it in the up position when awning is in use and the large rivet.
