A spare is a basic necessity for any motor vehicle travel no matter what the distance intended. However when we venture out in our modern multi axle vehicle exploring the remote and “uncharted” beach and bush areas we may soon come to realise just how important the second spare is to the success of a 4WD trip.

Installation instructions

1) Select a suitable mount position for your spare tyre inflation check point.

2) Drill a 15mm hole and feed the tyre valve connection end through the hole.

3) Secure the mount plate to the desired position with 2 of the screws provided.

4) Connect the tyre end connection to your spare tyre firmly. Ensure there is no air leaks.

NOTE

Coil excess hosing and secure with the zip ties supplied before connecting. On vehicles such as a 4WD with under chassis spare mount enough slack will have to be left to lower spare down sufficiently to disconnect the spare check connection. You are now ready to use your remote spare tyre inflation check point, Spare check at any time with no hassles.
