I ordered a white remote for the advertised price of $35 and then was advised only black ones available so agreed to that but then was wacked for another $7 no mention of the extra charge and you say you sent it 7 days ago but I have not received it

I could hear the rattle but could not get rid of it until I replaced the strike plate I didn't t realise the old ones were worn to the point that I had no adjustment left now I have adjustment and no rattle.
