Exceptional service. Needed a bracket for my awning at short notice. There wasn’t one in stock but Janelle said she would check out the back just in case. She grabbed Lee who had finished for the day and was on his way out the door. He managed to find one in his bag of tricks for me. Both went above and beyond and we got away in time the next morning
