hi guys,
I have not received any top brackets w/rivets, I've been waiting for months call numerous times and always told on back order.
please call me on [****]
Ps I only received a interior light around that time and was told brackets have not arrived.

Our sincerest apologies for the delay.

Your parts were ordered with the supplier as soon as you ordered them through us.

Unfortunately there is only one importer that brings these into the country and they have been waiting for them for a significant amount of time. The latest update from the supplier is Mid April before we see them.

We are happy to process a full refund for you if you are unhappy to wait, however you will lose your spot towards the top of our queue for them. If then, you order them elsewhere, unfortunately you will be placed at the back of their queue and potentially have to wait longer as they're out of stock country-wide and all coming from the one supplier.

Apologies again for the delay, unfortunately import and supply delays such as this are completely out of our control

This Bracket is used to attach the Upper Brace to the van wall, it can be used on either the left or right side. It is a commonly used caravan spare part for repairs to Carefree Awnings, the spare part diagram shows its location.

This Carefree top bracket is used to connect the brace arms to the awning, comes with fitting instructions.

Can be used on the left and right-hand side of the awning (Sold one per pack).
